As the President of Navjeevan Trust, he oversees the Navjeevan Nursing Care Centre, a facility dedicated to providing long-term care and rehabilitation services to patients with chronic illnesses. Mr. Pankaj’s leadership and mentorship abilities have also led him to become a National Trainer for JCI India, where he has conducted over 100 training programs. As a leader in BNI Nagpur, Pankaj helped generate over ₹8 Crore in business and created mentoring programs for local entrepreneurs.
